Qualified candidates will have:

• Poise and precision
• 1+ year of experience in a busy/well rated NYT restaurant as a host or reservationist
• Experience working in a hotel is a plus
• Natural inclination toward warmth and hospitality     
• Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
• Familiarity & experience operating Open Table or Resy reservations system
