Californian, Farm To Table

Boutique Hotel

At Cara, we believe in hospitality from the heart. We are inspired each day by the endless beauty that California has to offer. We have a deep love for its nature and the diversity of its people, its design aesthetic, and the warmth of the climate that allows us to enjoy our time here to the fullest.

We believe food heals and brings us together. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work with some of the most caring local organic farmers in the world. They teach us something new each day, from the seeds they use, to the methods they practice. These unsung heroes are the backbone of our hospitality.

We have a profound respect for the people we work with; individuals intimately aligned and determined to make a difference in the world, individuals who care to only use pure and natural products that enhance the health and well-being of our people and planet.

Our local communities are full of vibrant young artists that breathe life into the mundane: the potters, painters, photographers, bread bakers, who all leave a little piece of themselves in their work and make it a little more beautiful and exciting for us all.

We believe in creating experiences that will inspire. We search for the best that California has to offer and pass it on to you, through Cara.
