The ideal candidates will have:
• Ability to multi-task myriad floor responsibilities - including table marking, proper wine glass placement & general table maintenance - while supporting the captain during dinner and leading the team during lunch
• Ability to speak confidently about menu items and offer guidance in the selection of menu items and beverages (spirits, cocktails, wine)
• 2-3 years of experience in Michelin Star or NYT 2 to 4-star restaurants preferred
