We are looking for experienced cooks to join our talented team at a dual concept restauarant in the Riviera Village, serving modern American fare and seafood a block from the beach.
You will be responsible for preparing meals according to standard recipes, setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to guest satisfaction and restaurant growth.
Compensation includes hourly wages plus tips. Beginning wages may be based on experience and can pay up to $25/hr plus tips. Free garage parking is included. This position is listed as part-time but can also be full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the prep station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
- Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Report to the Chef de Cusine/Manager and follow instructions.
- Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
- Adhere to Covid sanitation practices
- Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
- Stock inventory and supplies.
- Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
Requirements:
