Chefs Jody Williams and Rita Sodi, 2019 James Beard Best Chef winners, are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join their team. Their restaurants include Via Carota, iSodi, Bar Pisellino, Buvette & The Commerce Inn.
The right candidate will understand pastry fundamentals, be able to execute basics in prep, high standards of cleanliness, organization, knowledge of pastry ingredients and an attention to detail with a willingness to work hard and learn.
