The Commerce Inn is a neighborhood tavern inspired by the history and architecture of old New York and the West Village. Located at the picturesque corner of Commerce and Barrow, the interior design favors Shaker sensibilities and a sense of material honesty — much like the meticulous sourcing of ingredients for a menu steeped in local traditions. The Commerce Inn is now open and we are looking for professional & experienced Servers who are excited to be a part of this anticipated opening. The Commerice Inn is owned and operated by chefs Jody Williams and Rita Sodi. This is this next venture in their restaurant career. 

The kitchen focuses on fresh, simple and informal early American recipes inspired by vintage cookbooks dating as far back as 1871, served with care and conviviality.
