Earth is looking for line and prep cooks for our 13 year old restaurant, located in the Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia. 

Responsibilities include preparing sauces, working with pizza dough (preparation, stretching, topping), answer/report to chef, stocking inventory, adherence to safety and health regulations.

Requirements include proven cooking experience as a Line Cook, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook.  Pizza experience is a big plus.  Need ability to handle fast-paced environment and multi-task .
