Job Details
Sous Chef's responsabilties will include (but not limited to):

- training new back of the house employees
- maintaining good sanitation practices in place
- providing support to Chef/Owner in Managing BOH daily operations
- participating in menu development 
- work occasion lunch as needed
- Inventories

- purchasing
- off site catering as needed

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($45,000.00 - $55,000.00)
