Line Cook / Chef de Partie
Are you passionate about food and hospitality? Hops & Curds is a neighborhood bar and eatery featuring regional beer with modern classic cocktails paired alongside retro chic fare. We are looking for an experienced Line Cook with the potential to advance into a Chef de Partie (CDP) role.
We take health, safety, and Covid protocols seriously, and the candidate should possess the same concern for the staff and our guests. Currently, we are open for dinner service four days a week but will be adjusting our hours and offerings in the near future as our staffing increases. Brunch experience is a plus.
The candidate will have 1-2 years minimum BOH experience with fundamental kitchen and knife skills. Must have a valid Food Handlers Certificate prior to start date. This is a full-time position averaging 32 hours per week. The position is open immediately, and we can move quickly. Starting pay $17-19/hr. Health Insurance is available after 90 days.
