The Line Cook in collaboration with the Chef and GM, will work closely with the BOH team to drive service each day and inspire team members to work together and hold one another accountable to the standards set. The line cook will maintain compliance with BOH standards, cleanliness, efficiency, and overall excellence. The line cook is able perform multiple responsibilities, tasks and abilities related to the back of house with strong skills as a line cook.
-Culinary School is a plus
- Must have a positive attitude, good communication skills
- Must know how to follow directions as instructed ( Recipes, memos, chef talk, take notes)
- Must have at least 1–4-year kitchen experience
- Must have a sense of urgency and have initiative
- Must be organized and be able to maintain a clean work area
- Responsible for correct product storage of all mise en place, including labeling and dating procedures.
