Job Details
Oak at Fourteenth is looking to hire a Production Chef. This is my favorite role in the kitchen as you must be a master of time managment, a jack of all trades, and someone who enjoys working mornings. A person taking this role must embody discipline, humilty, integrity, and respect. A nimble chef who enjoys learning and mastering new projects, while also working side by side with the executive chef to maintain consistency and help with menu development. Cleanliness and organization are a must to master this station.

The roles and responsibilities of the Production Chef include but are not limited to -

-Meat and Fish fabrication
-Pasta Making
-Bread Production
-Pastry (including ice cream production)
-Recieving / Organizing
-Time managment
-Flexibility

Ideally this role goes to a person with a strong base of unerstanding in at least half of the above categories and a desire to master the rest. Oak is a team environment who's continual goal is to exceed our guest expectations, and we want you to be a part of it.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $30.00)
