This is a unique opportunity to join James Beard award-winner Chef Tim Cushman and his small team of dedicated chefs at their flagship contemporary Japanese restaurant in Boston. o ya is hiring motivated and humble professional sushi chefs who are eager to both learn and contribute ideas. Candidates must be serious about career and food, ego-free, dependable and have a consistent genuinely positive attitude. The team is close-knit and prepared for growth. Refined food preparation and 5 years of line experience is strongly preferred, with at least 2 years of sushi experience required.
