Gibson is seeking line cooks in the back of house to join our team, we are a 75 seat restaurant with a beautiful wood oven and hearth. We are looking for staff who would like to not only learn great techniques and new flavors but also want to be a part a growing kitchen and play a role in that. We focus on proper cooking technique and delicious food as our main driving force in the kitchen and would our employees to be respectful, nice and have the will to learn. Our kitchen staff also doubles as the food runners which provides the kitchen the opportunity to get tips on top of there hourly pay.
