MADRE is focused on compiling a seasoned team of culinary and service-minded professionals to create a dining experience like no other in the city. Servers: FOH QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
3 Years experience in New York City restaurants
Oui chef mentality
Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, cocktails, beer & spirits
Ability to learn quickly
Driven, hardworking and enthusiastic
Positive attitude and hospitality first oriented
Excellent communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comprehensive knowledge of our complete food and beverage program
- Responsible for monthly inventory
- Creating seasonally rotating cocktails
- mastery of all classic cocktails
- Ability to run a full bar program solo and communicate with team members efficiently
- Know how to and be able to properly serve cocktails, WBTG, coffee & tea
- Truly understand and highlight our restaurants/hotels individual identity
- Know and be able to identify bar, cocktail table, dining room table and seat numbers
- Can complete opening/closing side work tasks
- Maintain station cleanliness at all times
- Complete understanding of the steps of service and execution
- Knowledgeable of the menu: food ingredients & sources, allergies & preparations
- Can Lift 50 lbs
