 Swift & Sons is a Chicago Steakhouse brought to you by the BOKA Restaurant Group located in the Fulton Market District of Chicago . We are looking for qualified individuals to join our boh management team. 
 
Skills needed include but are not limited to; time management, fiscal responsibility, understanding of classic French, Italian, and American cuisines, pasta making, butchering of whole animals, recipe writing and costing.
