Responsibilities:

1. Working the line with the Head Chef

2. Working the line in the absence of the Chef.

3. Additional duties include

a. Prep

b. Opening and closing of the kitchen

c. Maintain and uphold proper health and cleanliness standards.

d. Develop menu ideas and specials
