ROLE SUMMARY
Assistant General Managers assist the leading managers to achieve their goals and ensure that all teams within the restaurant are functioning well. We are looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment.
Managers will oversee all restaurant operations and team members. Managers provide leadership and motivation to ensure that all team members are guest-focused and team-focused. Managers set high standards and establish a positive work atmosphere for their team to create successful day-to-day operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate restaurant operation
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer issues
- Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
- Schedule staff based on forecast and performance measures
- Appraise personnel’s performance and provide coaching and counseling
- Act as positive spokesman for company and brand
- Maintain service and hospitality standards as outlined

JOB DETAILS AND BENEFITS
- 10 Paid Time Off (PTO) days earned ratably throughout the year. Accrual will commence on the first day of employment.
- Medical insurance effective the first day of the calendar month following the successful completion of 60 days of employment. The Company currently pays 100% of the monthly premium of the base plan for the employee although this is subject to change at any time. Dependent coverage and other insurance, such as dental insurance, may be added at your expense.
