We are looking for a dedicated line cook to join our small team. Covell has been a neighborhood mainstay since it opened a decade ago, serving a small but strong menu of meats, cheeses and tinned fish as well as favorites like mac & cheese and the croque monsieur. This staff member will work closely with the front of house team as we expand from patio dining to limited indoor dining in the upcoming weeks.
Covell is a small team, comprised of staff members who have worked with us for years. We're looking for someone who wants to find a consistent and long term home with our team.
While some amount of kitchen experience is required, we are happy to teach you much of what you need to know. Our top priority is finding someone who is proactive and responsible and eager to be part of the team. Our one requirement is that you must have availability on the weekends, including Sunday.
If you are looking for a full time position there is opportunity to supplement the available shifts at Covell with additional shifts at our other restaurants & bars.
