Executive Chef:
RT ROTISSERIE Group is seeking an Executive Chef to continue our growth pattern. The ideal candidate needs to have the skills necesarry hire, train, operate, control costs and develope the overall logistics of daily operations with a mindset focused on improving standards, protocols and efficiencies. RT Rotisserie currently has 2 locations in San Francisco, and we want to grow beyond our current status. We are in search of an executive level Chef ideally with quality experience in both fast casual and fine dining. This position requires great leadership skillset, team building, coordination, ordering, inventory, executive decision making and ability to continue the excellent consistency in quality of product.
Bi- Linqual Spanish and Engish a plus.
Requirements:

- Able to to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a clean and organized work space
- SERV safe Food Handlers Card
- Leadership skills
- Expert multitasking ability
- Passion for hospitality and food
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish / English a plus
Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and inventory management
- Prepping and cooking during the day
- Opening and closing duties
- Menu development and pricing
- Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
- Training staff to prepare and cook menu items
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customer’s needs and requests
- Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Keeping up to date with industry trends
- Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary
