Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in a fast-casual environment with similar quality standards
- A service-oriented mindset and an appreciation for building repeat guests
- Full-time open availability, including nights and weekends
- A valid ServSafe and PA Food Safety Certification
- Knowledge of POS Systems, ALOHA knowledge is a plus
- Experience working in a kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Adheres to financial goals and objectives as it relates to food cost, labor cost, and any other expenses associated with HipCityVeg operations
- Actively manage all store operations including FOH and BOH management
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, excellent decision-making, and a passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience
- Taking an active role in recruiting strong candidates for all positions while developing current employees through empowerment and effective decision- making
- Addresses employee concerns and timely resolves issues
- Monitors bi-weekly payroll information to assure it’s accurate and submitted on time
