Chef Matthew Gilbert and his team at Medinah Country Club have created a culinary program full of amazing learning opportunities and experiences. With a strong focus on scratch cooking, artisanal techniques, locally sourced products, and innovation, this is an amazing place to grow. There are 12 food outlets on our property, providing opportunities for cooking on a restaurant line, picking vegetables from our garden, or executing a banquet for upwards of 2,000 people.
