The Giorgios Hospitality Group (GHG) is actively seeking chefs candidates to join our award winning, growing team. A premier restaurant group, situated within the NC triangle, GHG has a vast portfolio boasting nine (and growning) unique concepts ranging from a modern Italian Eatery, to an authentic French bistro, to a nationally recognized Top 100 steak house. Our team is dedicated to the experience through locally sourced high quality products delivered with a warm genuine smile. 

We are currently looking for experienced chefs for our Raleigh, Durham & Chapel Hill restaurants for the following locations:

  • Osteria Georgi (Chapel Hill)
  • Kipos Greek Taverna (Chapel Hill)
  • Bin 54 Steak House (Chapel Hill)
  • Parizade (Durham)
  • Asian concept (coming soon) experience in Asian cuisine preferred (Durham)
  • Local 22 (Durham)
Requirements for Employment:
• 2+ years experience on the grill and saute
• Ability to execute tickets in a fast paced & high volume work environment
• Must be punctual and possess reliable and consistent mode of transportation
• Must have a teamwork driven and positive mental attitude.
• Be willing and available to work nights as this is a primarily dinner service position

The ideal candidate will possess:
• Experience in Restaurant/Hospitality service in the Triangle area
• Excellent communication skills
• A self-motivated, customer-service oriented attitude
• Reliable & consistent mode of transportation
• Ability to thrive in and support a teamwork driven atmosphere.
