Looking for a self motivated and enthusiastic head chef. Minimum 2 years management experiance. Will be responsible for controlling labor/food costs, ordering, staffing and restaurant depot pick ups. We need a chef that still enjoys working the line. You'll need to work the line to be able to hit labor costs. Must work a munimum of 55 hours and 5 days a week. Bonus structured on labor and food costs. We need a chef that still enjoys working the line and is 100% involved in all aspects of the kitchen. Must have a car and insurance.
