New project coming to Sunset Boulevard in Silverlake is looking for an experienced, well-rounded Manager who is ready to take on a significant role with accountability and responsibility for all front of the house operations. We will have two restaurants side by side (plus a tiny little retail shop!). Our Spanish themed concept "Bar Moruno" will be in partnership with Chef Chris Feldmeier, and our Japanese-Peruvian concept, "Causita," is in partnership with Chef Ricardo Zarate. Between the two will be our food and beverage retail shop, "Rapido." Both Chefs have long and illustrious histories in Los Angeles and are an inspiration to work with.
Candidates must have an insatiable commitment to hospitality and love for and knowledge of food and beverage. Wine knowledge in particular is an absolute necessity. A solid grasp of financials, cost controls, HR, health department standards etc. is a must. Past success helping to develop and maintain positive teams and cultures is critical.
