Parson's is looking for a confident and detail oriented sous chef to help us with our Logan Sq location. 2952 W AmitageVaccine mandated for all employees Title: Sous ChefHours: 45-50 per Week
Reports to: Site Chef, Executive Chef, Culinary Director
Position Objective: Example: Our Sous Chefs are management on site, and as such, they are the backbone and leader of the kitchen as a whole. Their primary focus is the oversight of daily operations and the communication with the line staff. This position also oversees line staff to ensure a positive guest experience. They will maintain the tone and vibe as related from Land and Sea Dept.
