Cicala at The Divine Lorraine is seeking full time cooks. Skills should include light butchering/portioning, sauce making, basic knife and prep skills, cleanliness, positive attitude, commitment and punctuality.
This is a great kitchen to learn traditional Italian cooking methods. We offer a very professional atmosphere geared toward education and skill building. Very positive and upbeat atmosphere. We keep an extremely clean and organized kitchen. On our off days we schedule field trips to local farms and artisanal producers.
