WET Miami will play its unique part in the Miami dining and nightlife scene. Situated in the midst of the up and coming Brickell area of Miami, guests will be able to come enjoy a fine dining experience while being able to dance and vibe out to the latest with our DJ’s and live music. Creating an iconic supperclub that will stand apart by building the right team to take on the ever so growing area of Brickell. Expanding soon to other areas of miami, possiblity of expansion and plenty of room for growth. PM shifts are available but we will soon have Brunch shifts avaiable in the future.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 1-2 years of hosting experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurantl preferred, excellent guest service skills will be considered in lieu of restaurant experience, for the right candidate(s)

-An appetite for providing a memorable experience

-Excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure

-Gracious and pleasant demeanor with a positive attitude

-Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proficiency with OpenTable
• Greet and assist guest to their preassigned table
• Able to adapt and make quick decisions about how to seat a section for the service 
• Take online as well as walk-in reservations
• Count/Reprint menus for service as needed
• Expertise in Service Communication with Kitchen & Floor Staff
• Build the books and create face/name recognition with our guests
• Truly understand and highlight our restaurants individual identity
• Know and be able to identify bar, cocktail table, dining room table and seat numbers 
• Can complete opening/closing side work tasks 
• Maintain station cleanliness at all times
• Complete understanding of the steps of service and execution
• Knowledgeable of the menu: food ingredients & sources, allergies & preparation
