Established in 2014.
Downtown Oak Park, Upscale American Bistro, Regional and Seasonal Cuisine. Relaxed Fine Dining. Food and Wine / Cocktail pairings, Private Parties, Notable Events. Seating for 100 guests + 24 on Patio weather permitting.

Sister restaurant ready to open right next door "Encore! by Little Gem"
(January 2022).

I am looking for a Chef who wants to come on board with a respected, established business that has a genuine focus on warm hospitality and really great food. 
This position is for a leader with executive experience in menu and recipe development, plate and labor cost control, ordering and inventory tracking etc. 
A Chef
 who is also very hands on, who loves to cook, is a good teacher and can count on my support to do whats best and inovative for the business.
