Hogsalt's West Loop – Trivoli Tavern is seeking a Full-Time Service Leader to join the team! We are offering a $300 signup bonus, payable after 30 days' employment.

Chicago's tavern, serving strong drinks, coal-fired seafood, fresh oysters, charred butcher cuts and chops. Located down the cobblestones of 114 North Green Street's historic courtyard. Look for the royal red storefront and listen for the warm sounds of mischief.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in full service restaurants.
• Experience with coffee service operations.
• Must have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
• Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
• Ability to identify problems and solve.
• Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
• Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees and ownership.
• Budgeting and forecasting experience.
