Job Summary: Far Niente Family of Wineries and Vineyards is seeking a Hospitality Manager. The qualified candidate is responsible for the planning and execution of sales, operations, brand representation and financial success of the Far Niente Visitor Center. Our Hospitality Manager develops and manages an unparalleled service team that delivers the desired brand guest experience, while delivering superb service, driving both wine and wine club sales, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Position: Hospitality Manager
Reports to: Director of Guest Experiences
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the guest experience and the flow of all tours and the tasting room atmosphere
- Hire, train, coach, and support Visitor Center staff
- Create and maintain a professional, positive environment focusing on customer loyalty
- Choreograph memorable, quality guest experiences that support desired brand messaging
- Develop and implement growth plan for improving visitor’s experience and loyalty
- Work to elevate the overall brand esthetics through a strong attention to detail
- Achieve sales targets by growing conversion rates, average order sizes ad quality traffic while also ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
Physical Requirements: Full body mobility: Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, balance, and kneel. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
