Holeman & Finch Public House is hiring an experienced General Manager who provides the leadership, style and ability to efficiently managing the day-to-day functions of managing while delivering outstanding hospitality and service. Key responsibilities include the hiring, training, development and disciplining of all team members, managing the guest experience to ensure a consistent level of excellence, overseeing the quality of our food and beverages, and preparing and modifying schedules for the whole team.
