Cicala at The Divine Lorraine is searching for a refined, service-minded General Manager.
As Service Manager you will be accountable for:
-Daily Front of House operations of this 75 seat (125 seats with seasonal patio) restaurant
-Maintain brand and service standards
-Build/develop/train/coach/lead an award winning service team
-Keep within the labor budgets given by ownership
-find creative solutions to Increase revenue to hit budgeted parameters
The ideal Manager has experience in Michelin, Relaix Chateaux, or James Beard Award Winning restaurants
Has a minimum of three years of management experience
Has a keen eye for detail
Is a natural leader
Enjoys being hands-on
Has career stability, will dedicate a minimum of 2 years to the restaurant
