Compensation

• Hourly will be higher than the server and will depend on experience and responsbiiities
• Tips will be shared
• Other external compensation based on experience

The captain role is essential to the restaurant. It's a position that leads by example. As a captain, your responsibilites will be the following:

• Training staff
• Being another set of eyes
• Taking a section as a server 
• Overseeing when service permits
• Wine experience is a plus
• In charge of separate responsibilities
