We are a long standing restaurant in Center City that is looking for a Front of House Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone that has a passion for the restaurant business, loves food, wine, cocktails, and is eager to learn, as well as someone that brings fresh set of ideas to the table. We are a very passionate team that has a strong sense of ownership and care that they put into their work and we want to find the perfect leader for our team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 2 years management experience in a high volume environment.
- Wine, Beer, and Cocktail knowledge (Bar management experience a plus).
-An amazing personality that can interact with our guests and turn them into regulars.
- Experience with Aloha & Open Table.
- Experience with scheduling, ordering, purchasing, and inventory.
- Food safety and handling knowledge.
- A positive work ethic and ability to work full-time.
- Ability to motivate, train, and lead a team of 25 employees.
