In Chicago's famed Gold Coast, we've operated successfully as a restaurant for 22 years, even given the challenges of the last two years. We've managed to adapt with the times and still stay busy, thanks to our many loyal guests and our dedicated staff. We're looking for people who also unceasingly strive for success!

We're currently serving guests via indoor dining (following the latest City requirements), carryout, and delivery. We're accepting applications for all FOH positions: servers, bartenders, barbacks, bussers, food runners, hosts/hostesses/greeters, etc. We seek food service and hospitality professionals who are personable, knowledgeable, humble, dedicated, and dependable.

Our bartenders need to be quick, but composed and consistent - never sacrificing quality or attention to detail, be it from the guests served or from the drinks poured. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an upscale environment with strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and all things beverage is preferred. Must be available to work Sundays & Mondays. Our ideal candidates would have full-time, open availability and be seeking a long-term position with opportunity for growth.
