Estela is seeking an enthusiastic, engaging and passionate new Bartender/Server. The restaurant has a European-influenced American menu of shareable plates and a wine program dominated by natural European selections.
Our cocktail program is informed by our culinary identity. We aim to produce cocktails that are honest and timeless and favor adaptations of classics using clean, straight-forward ingredients and spirits.
Applicants must be highly motivated team players with knowledge of food and beverage
and must have a positive attitude to excel in a fun, fast-paced atmosphere. We are looking for someone who can take shifts in both bartending an server positions. Further
qualifications for specific positions are listed below.
2+ year experience in New York City restaurants
Passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, beer and spirits
Sound understanding of and ability to prepare classic cocktails using proper techniques
Driven, hardworking, enthusiastic, quick-learners
Hospitality oriented; Able to anticipate guests needs
Good communication skills
