We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in their profession and works well with others, has an upbeat personality, and good people skills. The candidate must be able to keep the bar running smoothly by handling day-to-day operations and managing resources while creating a safe, fun environment for staff and patrons.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in fast-paced environment
Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beer and wine.
Cocktail list development
Collaboration with management concerning product inventory and ordering
Ability to work fast and under pressure
Basic customer service etiquette, being friendly and welcoming to guests
Ability to multi-task with a smile
Work well with other bartenders and kitchen staff
Attention to details, closing out tabs, cleaning, stocking inventory, when not busy
Must be able to work a variety of shifts, especially weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of POS systems, Micros,etc
