The Dinex Group, the restaurant group of internationally acclaimed Chef Daniel Boulud, is looking for a Food Runner for the reopening of our Washington D.C. location.
The Food Runner is responsible for delivering all dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate guest in the dining room, following traffic patterns and the etiquette. They will know all of the dishes on the menu and be prepared to answer any questions from the guests.
Requirements:
- 1 year of service experience preferably in a fine dining restaurant
- General knowledge of food & wine menus
- Open availability
- Capacity to provide the highest standard of service
- Must be exceptionally organized and have the ability to handle a high volume environment
