Lilia Ristorante, Chef Missy Robbins' James Beard award-winning restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, seeks a CAPTAIN, with knowledge of fine dining steps of service and Italian wine.  We seek non-pretentious team members who emphasize accessibility and warmth, who take pleasure and pride in the craft of service, and who have a passionate interest in food and wine and helping guests feel at home.  We are a high volume restaurant with outdoor dining (both prix fixe and a la carte options), indoor dining, and caffe service.  Looking for responsible and collaborative team players who value work-life balance and are enthusiastic about mentoring others.
