Summary of Position:
As the Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to efficiently manage day-to-day management functions while delivering outstanding hospitality and service. Key responsibilities will include:
- Hiring, training, and development of team members
- Managing the guest experience to ensure a consistent level of excellence
- Overseeing order and receiving of products
- Overseeing the quality and expediency of food and beverages
- Maintaining safety, sanitation, and general maintenance
- Assisting with guest relations
Education and Experience Qualifications Needed:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook 365 and Excel
- A passion for food, beverage and hospitality is required.
- Excellent hospitality skills and an ability to maintain high energy levels with poise and warmth in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff
- A high level of personal integrity, professionalism, and maturity
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Excellent math, reading, writing and communication skills
