Job Description:
You will be responsible for guest relations at the bar, communication to all team members, running food, bussing your section, make wine recommendations & provide the guests with a fun experience, safely distanced. We operate the Vault in two concepts, the Vault Garden and the Vault Steakhouse. First, the Vault Garden- an expansive outdoor restaurant on the plaza of the historic 555 Cailfornia building – a dining oasis in downtown San Francisco with lunch and dinner 5 days a week and private events scheduled throughout the week. There is a full bar with two wells and it services the 100 seat outdoor dining space as well as the 12 bar stools. The second concept is our newly launched Vault Steakhouse which operates at the same location but downstairs from the garden and indoors - a beautiful, sleek, dressed up dining room with an extensive wine list and cocktail program, serving classic steakhouse favorites with a few modern twists. This bar also has about a dozen bar stools and also provides drinks for the entire restaurant out of its well.
This can be a full time or part time job, Tuesdays-Saturdays.
