Sophia is a new neighborhood steakhouse in downtown Wilmette on Chicago’s North Shore. Beloved restaurateurs Glenn Keefer (formerly of Keefer’s Restaurant) and Ryan O’Donnell (Ballyhoo Hospitality) have reunited to create a great neighborhood steakhouse where the menu options encourage guests to visit often; prices are value-driven; the ambiance invites conversations; the staff becomes like family in all the right ways.

This is a highly integrated role for both the individual and for us at Sophia, The Host position is also a server and expediter for our very busy To-Go business. Hosts will be involved with taking and entering orders and finally packaging orders and sending them out, as well as responsibly operating our exceptionally busy reservation system.
