Job Details

Looking for an experienced, driven, and disciplined self-starter. We are looking for the right person who is experienced running and maintaining their own sections. Previous wine service is a plus but we will educate the right person. This is a small location and small team, this position will include acting as your own captain, somm, runner, busser, and assist with washing dishes and polishing glassware. Some of the most important job responsibilities include educating our guests regarding caviar and champagne, pushing retail sales of caviar, and being a team player. This job provides the freedom to craft the best experience possible for our guests, and increase your champagne and luxury foods knowledge.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $800
