The Darling is seeking a skilled bartender with full weekend availability to join our incredible team; we are seeking candidates with at least 2 years previous experience in cocktail programs and solid knowledge of classic cocktails is prefered.  Applicants must have a high standard of customer service, a professional, self-motivated, outgoing personality, and dependability; also must be able to work with accuracy and efficiency with their teammates in times of high volume. The bartenders are integral to providing the ultimate experience for our patrons and in maintaining guest relations, and must just as comfortable serving as well as bartendering. Must be comfortable wearing formal attire and available on weekends.
