Thyme Bar is a cocktail bar that opened in February 2020. Thyme Bar was one of the first bars in New York City to pivot and offer to-go cocktails and has been able to successfully maintain and evolve this business model through the COVID-19 outbreak in Flatiron District. In August 2020, Jeremy Le Blanche became the new Head Bartender of Thyme Bar and introduced "The Thyme Bar Experience," a floriography-based cocktail prix-fixe menu with food pairings. Head Bartender Jeremy Le Blanche showcases his global bartending knowledge and focuses on the charm of floriography to create consumable art, explicit in both visual and visceral sensations.
Jeremy Le Blanche is a French native with global bartending experience. Prior to Thyme Bar, Jeremy was the Head Mixologist at Queensyard NYC, where he showcased his creativity with “The Gastrology,” a unique summer pairing menu of cocktails with fine bites. Before arriving in New York City, Jeremy worked at German Gymnasium in the UK, the 2-Michelin starred Anne Sophie Pic in Switzer- land, Ananas Restaurant/Cocktail Bar in Australia. Upon joining the Thyme Bar Team, Jeremy created the “Thyme Bar Experience” with the emphasis on “Florigraphy Cocktails”, focusing on the artistic expression of mixology through flowers, herbs & paintings.
