Timeout on Pine is a brand-new upscale sports bar gearing up to open our doors within the next few months. We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our opening team.
The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu design and execution. Our Executive Chef will handle or oversee all ordering as well as inventory, food cost, quality control and menu upkeep. Executive chef will also work hand in hand with the General Manager to make sure both front and back of the house are operating on a high level and the restaurant is on the path for success.
Our Executive Chef will be responsible for all things food. They will build the back of house team and train them to execute at the highest level. Chef will also be responsible for recipe books, food training for all staff and kitchen cleanliness.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale casual bar restaurant.
Experience with the following is a must:
Serv Safe certification and RAMP certification is a plus. If not already certified in one or both please be prepared to do so if hired.
