Supervisors are the leaders of our hourly staff members. They are our most senior hourly team members: a chunk of their time is spent in the processing center; with a percentage of their time also designated for administrative and customer support, as well as work with management.

This is an hourly role; full time commitment 35-50 hrs/ week. This role is for a professionally minded leader who wants to progress with the company for the long term. $20-$21 per hour.

1. Processing Center
1. Responsible for the smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts
2. Leads training and meeting sessions for the processing staff
2. Coaching & Staffing
1. Coaching new and existing shift leads
2. Filling in shifts during call-outs, general staffing help
3. Building Repair and Maintenance
1. General handy-person duties around the hub, a plus
2. Works with Property Manager to ensure work around the facility is completed on an appropriate timeline
4. Customer Success
1. Communicates and maintains relationships with licensees daily
2. Address facility, tech, and space issues with licensees
3. Works with Customer Success team members to ensure licensees are ready for big orders/ launches/ spikes in business
4. Calls OFOs on behalf of licensees to address order / tech issues
5. Tech Support
1. Troubleshoots processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware issues
6. Inventory & Ordering; Audits
1. Review daily inventories
2. Makes orders with vendors to replenish inventories and supplies
3. Performs storage and common area audits
7. Administrative & Strategic
1. Trains with more senior positions in support, data analytics and reporting
2. Participates in planning sessions with management and peers
3. Reviews and reports KPI metrics to facility management and processing team; contributes to goal setting and planning
