Job Details
We are looking to fill a part-time position for an Assistant Catering Manager, which is essentially the lead front of house role for our popup dinners.  We do once a week dinners on MONDAYS, and some weeks, the day and location may be subject to change but we can schedule based on availability.  Our food is a modern Asian seafood focused 8-10 course tasting menu.  Due to the nature of our popup, we do seatings of eight guests only and offer a very private, intimate, and exclusive experience.  We are currently in restaurant development so this opportunity can lead to a full-time position in the future.

The Assistant Catering Manager will oversee service, help serve food and beverage, clear plates, change out utensils.  Fine dining and beverage experience is preferred but not a must.  You will work with the chef to create a great experience for the guests, and assistance with front of house responsibilities will be minimal.  You will be expected to help with setup, cleanup, and breakdown as well.  Hours are typically 4pm-10:30pm, subject to slight variations.  Thank you for your interest!  Resumes are required.
