Via Carota is fashioned in the tradition of Italian Trattorias featuring the best local and seasonal products, local breweries, and Italian wines and spirits. Our menu changes with the seasons, and features traditional styles of cooking. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, amari and spirits. Broad knowledge of classic cocktails and bartending techniques is required.
