Nonna Beppa is an Italian restaurant of authentic Emilia Romagna tradition in New York. Owner and Executive Chef Giancarlo “Wendy” Cacciatori takes great pride in selecting only the highest quality ingredients, importing the most acclaimed products, such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella, Aceto Balsamico and much more.

Job Details

  • Coordinate all of Kitchen staff
  • Oversee purchasing to stay within certain budget  and order from designated suppliers
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Order supplies and report to the head of the establishment
  • Supervise kitchen personnel and their performance
  • Manage stock of food
  • Organize duty roster for kitchen staff
  • Italian food knowledge 
  • Fluent in Italian 
  • Previous experience of working in a professional kitchen
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • Ability to ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant area


Tuesdays to Sundays from 3:00pm to 11:00pm
